Located along Restaurant Row, Carolina Seafood & Steak specializes in surf and turf combination plates, featuring fresh, locally sourced seafood and prime certified Angus beef.

Open 365 days a year, Carolina Seafood & Steak is the perfect spot for lunch, happy hour, or a special occasion dinner. “We are always here for you,” Zatikyan says. “Our mission is simple: to create and serve tasty, unique food in a friendly, casual way. We want our customers to slow down, forget about their work deadlines for a few moments, and enjoy their time—just like a day at the beach.”
The historic 14,000-square-foot building that houses Carolina Seafood & Steak was constructed in 1969 and features beautiful remnants salvaged from the former Ocean Forest Hotel, Myrtle Beach’s first “million dollar” hotel. The magnificent wooden arches, built in 1927 and now dividing the restaurant’s rooms, along with the actual bar, are original to the historic hotel.
Stunning stained glass from a church in Spain adorns the ceiling and the bar area, adding to the restaurant’s charm.
Building featuring a Main Dining Room, Garden Room with a glass roof, a cozy Bar, Wooden Room with natural wood walls and colored glass mosaic windows and the Carolina Lounge, which is open from 5-9 p.m. nightly. The lounge includes a dance floor and stage and can be reserved for private parties, complete with equipment and a DJ.
With a spacious kitchen, Carolina Seafood & Steak is equipped to host large parties, wedding receptions, and other gatherings, offering A-la carte meals or Buffet Style dining for your event.
