- Came here with my husband, mother and daughter. All four with different tastes & all were satiated & satisfied. Grilled shrimp platter, grouper, rib eye and 2 pizzas, all outstanding!
The pizza and shrimp were top winners, wonderful staff they constantly checking on us. Had a woman walking around taking photos with a complimentary post card with your photo on it. Something for everyone, would absolutely come back. Huge brick oven and huge restaurant. Love love love.
Tara Lamaine - We went by there for lunch, looking for seafood. We were very pleased with everything! The service was great and all of the food we got was delicious. Two of us got the lunch special seafood platters,
which were cooked to perfection. The other lady got a pizza which all of us agreed was the best we had ever eaten. The place was quiet and relaxed and we throughly enjoyed our lunch experience.

I am glad that I picked this restaurant to eat at for us. Karen was our waitress and she did a great job and super friendly person. We will be back!

Amanda Puckett - Me and my husband spent our anniversary down in South Carolina we are from North Carolina. He saw this restaurant in a book and wanted to come here. Just as soon as we walked into the doors we were greeted and got seated right away. Karen our waitress was simply amazing she greeted us with a warm smile, made sure we had what we needed from the beginning to end. Complements to the chef as well my lobster steak and shrimp was amazing. We will be back!! Highly recommend this place!!

Grilled grouper over garlic mashed potatoes, roasted asparagus, garlic-herb roasted tomatoes.
Carolina Filet Mignon
8 oz. filet mignon served over mushrooms & onions and topped with bearnaise sauce. Served with baked potato & asparagus.
Shrimp and Grits
Sautéed shrimp with bacon, andouille mixed bell peppers, caramelized onions and sauce over pimento cheese grits topped with a dash of sherry wine.
AboutOur Interior
The 14,000 square-foot historic building that houses Carolina Seafood and Steak was built in 1969 and contains many beautiful remnants, salvaged from the former Ocean Forest Hotel – Myrtle Beach’s first hotel, that was demolished in 1974.
The magnificent wooden arches, built in 1927, now divide the restaurant’s rooms, and the current bar fixtures were originally part of the historic hotel.
The stunning stained glass on the ceiling in the bar and the glass behind the bar were salvaged from a church in Spain.
